Privacy Policy
YSD Security respects your privacy. This notice explains what data the app uses and what happens when you prepare and send a quote request.

1. Data controller
The data controller is YSD Security, Limassol, Cyprus. For privacy questions or requests, email ysdsecurityltd@gmail.com.
2. Data we use
If you prepare a quote request, the app may process information you provide:
- name;
- phone number and email address;
- selected services, products, and quantities;
- free-form notes or message text.
The app language and selected products are stored locally in device settings. Your contact-form draft is stored locally in the iOS Keychain.
3. How information is sent
The app does not submit a request automatically. Only after you choose a contact method does it open WhatsApp or your mail app with a prepared message. You can review and edit that message before sending it.
The messaging or email provider you select processes information under its own privacy policy. YSD Security receives the information only after you confirm sending it through that provider.
4. Purposes and legal bases
YSD Security uses received information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, contact you, provide requested services, maintain necessary business records, and comply with legal obligations.
The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with applicable law, and the legitimate interest in responding to customer enquiries.
5. Retention and security
Local information remains on your device until you change or remove it. Correspondence and quote-request information received by YSD Security is retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, provide services, maintain required business records, and meet legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized.
Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your request. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect it.
6. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The app contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, profiling, or cross-service tracking. YSD Security does not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Email ysdsecurityltd@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Какие данные используются. При подготовке заявки приложение может обработать введённые вами имя, телефон, email, выбранные услуги и товары, количество и свободный текст сообщения. Язык приложения и выбранные товары сохраняются локально в настройках устройства, а черновик контактной формы — локально в системном Keychain.
Как данные передаются. Приложение не отправляет заявку автоматически. Только после вашего действия оно открывает WhatsApp или почтовое приложение с подготовленным текстом. Перед отправкой сообщение можно проверить и изменить. Выбранный сервис обрабатывает данные по собственной политике.
Цели и основания. Полученные данные используются только для ответа на обращение, подготовки предложения, связи, оказания запрошенных услуг, ведения необходимой деловой документации и исполнения требований закона. Основания обработки — действия по вашему запросу до договора, исполнение договора, требования закона и законный интерес отвечать на обращения клиентов.
Хранение. Локальные данные остаются на вашем устройстве, пока вы не измените или не удалите их. Полученная переписка и данные заявки хранятся только столько, сколько необходимо для обработки обращения, оказания услуг, ведения обязательной документации и исполнения закона, после чего удаляются или обезличиваются.
Аналитика и реклама. В приложении нет рекламных SDK, сторонней аналитики, профилирования или межсервисного отслеживания. YSD Security не продаёт персональные данные.
Ваши права. В предусмотренных законом случаях вы можете запросить доступ, исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки или перенос данных, а также возразить против обработки. Напишите на ysdsecurityltd@gmail.com. Вы также вправе обратиться с жалобой в компетентный орган по защите данных.
